Unlike providers who hand you off between separate incorporation, accounting, and secretarial teams, Lionsworld manages all of it under one roof: company incorporation, corporate secretarial services, accounting and bookkeeping, and business centre solutions — virtual office, co-working, and serviced offices.
We operate from our CBD office at 111 North Bridge Road, Peninsula Plaza, with a co-sharing office in Kuala Lumpur supporting clients expanding into Malaysia.

Lionsworld is founded by Mr John Tan, starting with a focused offering: virtual office and serviced office address solutions for Singapore businesses.
We expand beyond Singapore, opening a co-sharing office in Kuala Lumpur to support clients doing business across both markets.
We move from International Plaza to our current home at Peninsula Plaza, and launch corporate secretarial services — rounding out our offering from office solutions into full statutory compliance support.
